MAS 90 and MAS 200 - External documents

MAS 90 and MAS 200 offer several options for working with external documents related to specific customers, vendors, orders, invoices, etc.:

  • Microsoft Word's mail merge feature can access MAS 90 data. You can use the Visual Postmaster module for additional assistance.
  • To generate individual documents from within MAS 90 (e.g. informing a customer that you are increasing their credit limit), you can create templates using Microsoft Office Link, part of the Custom Office module.
  • For modules that have been overhauled in version 4, memos now support attachments (e.g. correspondence received). For other modules, Microsoft Office Link allows you to attach documents, spreadsheets, or web pages to individual entities.
