MAS 90 and MAS 200 - Paperless Office
Besides saving trees, the Paperless Office module for MAS 90 and MAS 200 can benefit your business in several ways:
- E-mail or fax documents directly to your customers, vendors, and employees
- Access archived documents from any workstation
- Reclaim office space used for document storage
(typically about 20% of your office) - Reduce risk of document loss or damage
- Improve document security
Archived documents are stored in the industry-standard Portable Document Format (PDF) to preserve exact formatting and prevent tampering.
Archived documents can be filtered by any combination of company, module, specific document type, and/or date. You can also store certain documents (e.g. payroll) in separate network folders for security.
- E-mail requires a mail server that supports Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).
- Fax requires WinFax version 10 or Microsoft Fax Services.
